Support and help for the cozy sweet-shop cluster-popper
Questions, bug reports and ideas are all welcome. We read every message and normally reply within two working days.
Tap, don't swap. Find two or more gummies of the same flavour touching side by side and tap once. The whole group bursts, everything above falls and fresh gummies drop in from the top.
Order bags. Paper bags above the tray each ask for a flavour and a count. Popping that flavour fills every bag waiting on it. Seal a bag for coins; let its ribbon run out and it spills. Too many spills ends the round.
Sugar rush. Groups of four or more charge the sugar meter. At full, you get five turns of triple score.
| Group size | What it leaves behind |
|---|---|
| 5–6 | Fizz Bomb — clears a three by three block |
| 7–8 | Ribbon Twist — sweeps a whole row and column |
| 9+ | Rainbow Bear — takes every gummy of one flavour |
The same rules are always available offline inside the app under Settings → How to Play.
Districts open on total stars, not on levels finished. Each level awards one to three stars depending on your final score, so replaying an earlier level and beating your score is a perfectly good way to reach the next street. The star requirement is printed on the locked district card.
Boosters are bought with candy coins in the Sweet Shop. Coins come from sealing order bags, landing sprinkle jars, finishing levels and opening the daily fortune sweet. There are no in-app purchases — everything in the shop is earned by playing.
The fortune sweet streak counts consecutive calendar days on your device. Missing a day starts the run again from one. Turning on the daily reminder in Settings sends a note at an hour you choose, plus a late nudge at 21:30 if the sweet is still unopened.
The tray reshuffles itself automatically whenever no group of two remains, and you will see a short "Shaking the tray" message while it does. You do not lose a turn for it. The Sugar Shaker booster does the same thing on demand.
Nowhere but your own device. The photo is cropped square, given the finish you choose and saved inside the app's private storage so it can be drawn on your bag. It is never uploaded, never shared and never used for anything else. Delete a wrapped bag from Bag Studio, or clear them all with Reset Progress.
No. The game is entirely offline. There is no account, no sign-in and no server. Everything you unlock is stored on your device.
Progress lives in the app's own storage, so it travels with an encrypted iPhone or iCloud device backup restored onto the new device. There is no in-app cloud save, so a fresh install without a backup starts from Sugar Lane again.
Reset Progress asks for a second tap before it runs and cannot be undone from inside the app, because nothing is stored off the device. If you have a recent device backup, restoring it will bring the old save back.
Music, sound effects and haptics each have their own switch in Settings, and there is a quick toggle for all three inside the pause screen. Your choices are remembered between sessions.
Every flavour already has its own shape — heart, bear, star, bean, ring and cube — so colour is never the only signal. Settings also has "Letter on every gummy", which adds a letter badge, and "Roomier board", which enlarges the tiles where the screen allows.
If something is still hard to use, please tell us — accessibility reports go to the front of the queue.
Gummy Bag Match collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking. Progress, settings and any bag photos stay on your device. The full policy is available at privacy-policy.html and offline inside the app.
